Unemptied poo bin.

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later

Looks like the dog poo bin, at top of Park Hill, on junction with Park Road, hasn’t been emptied for a few weeks. It’s full to overflowing and folk are putting bags in front of it, now. I’ve cleared up the excess.
