This car is a nuisance everyday by blocking the pavement I know you will say it's not part of your your duties and he is not breaking the law I have had many emails from you with your copy and paste disclaimer. What is the point of your your website when you will do nothing about it. This car has left less than 1 foot of pavement for people to get by and does it most days.
