Eucalyptus tree near fence is split and should be reduced.

This tall eucalyptus tree overhangs our garden. We have been advised by a tree surgeon doing work for us that the crown should be reduced to reduce the weight and the risk of failure. He said he was concerned with the occlusion of the two stems close to the base of the tree.
