Large increasing dip on slip road, left side coming off A34 at Marcham Interchange
Reported anonymously at 13:44, Tue 5 November 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to National Highways 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1832926.
There has been a dip on the slip road for quite some time, but it has become larger and more noticeable. It isn't a pothole as the tarmac is still in one piece, but it's a sizeable 'dip', like the earth is collapsing underneath.

Dip is progressively extending across the sliproad and quickly becoming more pronounced. If you haven't been able to slow down coming off the A34, there is a severe jolt which makes your suspension protest. I suspect some damage was done tonight.

Having used the slip road in the daylight yesterday, it is noticeable that cracks are beginning to form along the edges of the dip. The dip itself is extending into the outer lane. Warning signs if present are not noticeable.

Hi, The damage to the slip road has greatly increased in the last 23 months (nearly 2 years) since I first made this notification. The 200 yrd sign isn't enough to prevent vehicles hitting the substantial drop at speed on the slip road. What is also very disconcerting, is the amount of tarmac cracking that has appeared and is now entering onto the other side of the sliproad, along with further dropping of the road surface. The sliproad is a danger to drivers and is an accident awaiting to happen where it hasn't been fixed.
