Broken door lock on litter bin

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 1832755.

Metal litter bin on junction of new street and bell street. Health and safety issue. Metal door hangs open because lock is broken. Pedestrians will walk into door in the dark and could be injured. Urgent action required.
