Looks like blocked drain with water pouring downhill along Birmingham Road onto Nuneaton Road at Church End junction. Will cause serious problem if it freeze

This flood has been here been like this for a number of weeks ( at least a month) and been getting worse.

  • Water is coming UP out of the manhole - the blockage is somewhere downflow. Problem has been there at least 7 weeks now.

  • This drain is still pumping water onto the road surface which is running downhill into the Nuneaton Road. As the weather is forecast to fall below freezing in the next few days this is of great concern to us who have to drive along this route. Can you get someone out to clear the drains please. This is the second time I have brought this problem to your attention.
