Flytipping in gateway

I reported some flytipping in a gateway 2 weeks ago on the road between Toot Baldon and B480. At the same time I also reported some rubbish at Marsh Baldon, The rubbish at Marsh has been picked up but the Toot litter is still there and it needs to be picked up. I assumed it was being picked up yesterday as I saw a small caged Biffa lorry pull off the road at Toot, obviously only taking a rest.
