Manhole on Arbury Road getting worse

Reported in the Gully or manhole defect category anonymously at 17:43, Thu 31 October 2019

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later

Second time reporting this issue as it is getting worse and the response I got last time was not sufficent. I was told that Severn Trent are responsible to fix it and I should contact them. I have not had a response from them. Please follow up to get this problem fixed before it worsens even further. As you can see the tarmac is breaking up and becoming hazardous, the sheer amount of traffic on this road means it won't be long before this collapses. The noise is absolutely unrelenting and around the clock. Every few seconds when a car drives over there is a loud clanging ringing into the house, when you are on the street it is deafeningly loud. We are having to use our dining room and close the doors to the front rooms to enjoy any peace when I am home from work and even then we can still hear it. It is driving me insane. Please do something about it, it shouldn't be down to a resident of the street to chase up whoever is responsible to get this fixed.
