Hello. This has been open and unresolved for 79 days, can the council confirm if this in line with the SLA you have with your contractor; please can also you advise why, after 79 days, this remains unrepaired and why you allow your contractor to take an unacceptable amount of time to repair. I look forward to a reasonably detailed response. Many thanks.

Hello. With respect, you gave that response on 19/12 and 15/01, these responses are indeterminate in nature and if I’m honest, a little patronising. The response on both the repair front and on FMS is frankly appalling - please explain why this is taking so long. And then kick your contractor up the backside to get this fixed.

The order for this repair will be completed by the end of next week (21/02).

Fencing works are raised though a separate contractor and this particular job suffered from several delays in that process. We apologise for the delay taken.

Your post on 13/02 stated ‘ The order for this repair will be completed by the end of next week (21/02)’. This fence still hasn’t been fixed. Why not?
