  • Hello. This has been open and unresolved for 79 days, can the council confirm if this in line with the SLA you have with your contractor; please can also you advise why, after 79 days, this remains unrepaired and why you allow your contractor to take an unacceptable amount of time to repair. I look forward to a reasonably detailed response. Many thanks.
