Overgrown Hedge and Overhanging tree branches

Reported anonymously at 12:28, Thu 31 October 2019

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1826486.

The laurel hedge that borders 73 Vicarage Road, is so overgrown, it is obstructing the pavement. Cars also park on the pavement, by this hedge, and further restrict the available width for pedestrians to walk. There are overhanging branches from the trees that mean you have to duck to get under them.
