Private bins stored on a public pavement. These are often overflowing with associated vermin problems and fly tipping. The issue has been going on for three years.

  • Please could the council address the problem of the bins being stored on the pavement. The tenants and landlord need to store them in their own gardens where they are responsible for them overflowing and not the council clearing it up with extra collections each week.
