Took a still from my dash cam to give an idea to the council about the state of the road.... Shame on you! F@cking knaptoft farmer leaves a mess and nothing is done!!! It will be lcc fault if there is an accident.... Why do we pay taxes??.. This is ILLEGAL!! Clean up and fine the b@stards!!
