Litter and gum issues meaning the street is needing cleaning

Area outside where Waitrose has closed on the old town highstreet has become a concern as it is becoming increasingly filled with litter and leaves etc and is a concern as to who needs to keep an eye on this area. As well as this, gum is becoming a problem throughout the high street as well as other litter concerns throughout the area.
