Sent to Oxford City Council 2 minutes later
Renovation works are happening at 32 Coniston Avenue. Some weeks ago one of their delivery drivers overloaded his pallet and sought to mount the dropped kerb outside number 38. In the process a huge can of rendering paint tumbled off and spilt its contents over the dropped kerb and road surface. The delivery driver then pushed his palette along the road, as you can see by the images. I have done my utmost to wash / clean it, but I suspect solvents will be needed to address the issue properly.
Job ticket 101002547492 raised and passed to Graffiti Removal Officer

The Graffiti team were able to lift the render up but it will need to be mechanically swept or it might resettle
