Advertising boards on footpaths

There are two a-board advertising signs on the footpaths near crossings that are advertising 'Wishfield Coffee'. One either side of the roundabout with Wishfield Drive on the A259 Charles Purley Way. They are chained to lampposts, one in the verge on the roundabout east-bound and one on the west-bound side. The one on the verge is next to a crossing, forcing pedestrians to walk in highway to continue walking along the verge at side of road.
