Cycle Track and Footpath on Six Hills Way behind Badger Close; chap at Number 4 has been having work done in his garden over the past few weeks. not only has he been parking on the cycle track he has made a mess on the pathway and cycle track behind his house, also dumped some old doors and wood in the hedges behind his house.

Morning of 31st October I encountered this on the footway, had to walk into the cycle track with my dog as I was unable to use the footway. This should not be allowed to take place on my street.
