Regular Problem at this Address

This is a HMO house. This untidiness is a regular occurrence. The residents have no regard for the care of the neighbourhood. Their rubbish is not stacked correctly, consequently it lands up blowing up and down the pavement and the road making a hazard for pedestrians, especially after dark. No doubt this will stay like this until Thursday’s refuse collection. The University needs to education their students on life skills. When in Rome etc. !!!
