Water coming out of gulley and running down road

Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 11:28, Monday 28 October 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 357792.

I would think that the line is blocked beyond this gulley as water is coming out of it and running down hill and then into the next gulley. Getting dangerous now as icy road warnings are here. Brigg Rd between Caistor lakes and Canada lane on the east side.

  • This has been reported for over a month now and still the drains remain blocked causing flooding at the bottom of Canada Lane when when it rains and blocking off the road and also there is constant water running down the road even when it is not raining. This has resulted in passing vehicles to splash my children when walking up to the Grammar School. Now the weather has got cold, the water splashed onto the footpath has turned to ice and therefore the children have to walk on the ice which is dangerous as they may fall or they have resulted walking on the road with their backs towards oncoming traffic. This is extremely hazardous and the drains need to be unblocked immediately before an accident happens.
