Graffiti on wall opposite the children's park Hartham Common Hertford...also drugs paraphernalia under the bridge ...foil etc used for smoking heroin, prescription drug boxes etc...badly lit space, and used for drug taking and anti social behaviour...

  • ...no not fixed but getting added to.....and regular evidence of drug use in the underpass....old chair and shopping trolly in the canal.....can something be done to remove this regular from our streets and river networks???.....
