Seating shelter is now makeshift home!

Reported anonymously at 08:54, Sat 26 October 2019

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 1 minute later

Seafront seating shelter at beginning of Hove lawns has been converted into a home for 2 people. The only thing missing is a garden fence. There is no where for the elderly and disabled to sit or park mobility scooters out of rain. People are sitting there all day drinking. This has been going on for months now and we the residents pay for the use and upkeep of these shelters. The people there are not even from Brighton. Accommodation offered but refused. Guy wants a new flat.
