Loose paving bricks

There are several loose paving bricks outside Savers in Hounslow. I have witnessed an elderly person fall over and place the brick back with their walking stick.This has been like this for approximately six months.

    Despite being reported on the following dates, 29.08.19 ( ref 14223544) & 12/09/2019 ( ref - 14225445) No repairs have been made, please advise when this area will be repaired
