Street Light not working

The street light directly opposite house number No.8 has completely stopped working.
Ref:00360100 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

Good morning, thank you for your report. I am sorry to see that we have still not been to repair the light. there has been a backlog with our recent street lighting reports, which has caused a slight delay. I will re-send the report over to our contractors a to chase this up and we will come out as soon as possible. I apologise if this has caused any inconvenience.

Tuesday Nov 29th and still not fixed. How long do taxpayers have to wait? Perhaps we should delay paying our bills by the same amount of time as it takes to fix!
