Deep fragmentation of road edges (recurrence)

Sent to Kent County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1817872.

Multiple areas of deep, expanding fragmentation of road edges along Hartlake Road, especially between Hartlake Bridge and the bridge over the small stream towards Tudely Hale. This is not helped by heavy agricultural machinery from Hadlow Place Farm which uses this section of road intensively.
