Reported in the Potholes category by Peter Ash at 12:54, Wed 27 April 2011 ; (there is no pin shown as the user did not use the map)
Sent to Hillingdon Borough Council 1 minute later
This pothole is becoming increasing dangerous particularly for cyclists and motorcyclists. Number of lorries using Harvil Road are steadily deepening this pothole.
I originally reported the problem months ago, and although somebody inspected the problem and put down some marker paint nothing ever happened. When I reported the problem again recently the main pothole was fixed within 24 hours. However, there is a stretch of about 40-50 yards where there remain a series of smaller potholes/damaged drain areas which due to the constant heavy goods traffic is causing more damage. The vibrations from the heavy goods traffic will risk damage to water and gas pipes (there have been a series of reported gas leaks in recent years)
State changed to: Fixed
