Sent to Wiltshire Council less than a minute later
On the A36 coming into Salisbury, where the two lanes reduce to a single lane before the turn off to Alderbury, the road surface is in awful and rapidly deteriorating condition.
It makes slowing down to allow other cars to turn right from the opposite direction sketchy at best, and downright dangerous at times.
This needs to be fixed, or someone is going to end up not being able to stop, or damaging their car trying to.
In addition to this, along the same strech of road during the dual carriageway, in the inside lane there are numerous BIG potholes. They are on the right hand side of the lane, and often directly in the driving path of cars and lorries.
These are liable to cause a large amount of damage to someone going even at 70mph, and much much more to those who seem to regularly exceed the posted limit down the hill.
