Updates
-
For the 3rd time, having reported the security problem of these two main lights within the Hillmead garage complex have still not been fixed,We are now into the second year without lighting in the positions where they are needed the most. Stevenage Council, it is you who are responsible not the Highways.

All that happens each time it is reported is passed onto the Highways Department who then come back saying the two lamps in question is the responsibility of the local Council as it is on private property. So after 5 reports over a period of almost 2 winters the problem remains. Only when a child is run over or some person is attacked when putting their car away in their rented garage will the authorities wake up. All so the police will confirm that drugs are being used and sold in the garage complex. Need proof speak to the local police.

There can be know congratulations in achieving a simple problem. I bet the Highways dept. are also please that the council finally accepted their responsibly.
