Rats living in the bushes and litter bins next to library and old public toilets

Reported in the Street Cleansing category anonymously at 17:03, Wed 23 October 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council 2 minutes later

I have seen rats moving in and out of the bin and bushes by the benches on the corner of Glebe Way and Station Road (next to the old public toilets) in broad daylight today. I have seen this previously a few weeks ago during the day.
