Collapsed manhole cover with 12 feet drop. Extremely dangerous if someone were to stand on it.

This manhole cover is on the Green opposite number 39 Oak Tree Avenue. It has broken up significantly due to a lorry driving over it. We have a lot of children that live & play on this Green & if one of them were to fall down it, the drop is about 12 feet.

We have put some bollards on it ourselves to stop the children playing near it.
