Gate is locked and forms an illegal obstruction

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a gate across the unclassified county road, and it is locked to prevent legitimate public right of passage. This road has been known by various numberings within the Warks CC administration - I have a map in my possession produced by John W M Vallis, County Engineer which shows it numbered D439 and running from Oldwich Lane East, past Nunley Farm, on towards the (locked) gate and onwards to Wroxall. REMOVE THE LOCK
