Crossing verge to park on driveway
Reported anonymously at 19:29, Mon 21 October 2019
Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1813897.
I watched a vehicle the other night drive across the grass verge to enable him to park his car on his driveway. Now that we’ve had all this rain the verge is a disgrace. Will you pls STOP people doing this and parking with wheels on these grass verges they are now mud swamps. One of my neighbours at 1a Meadway Crescent is another one, the grass has sunk into a mud swap.

Still open, via questionnaire -
I’m not sure if you’ve contacted the house hold, as at times he doesn’t always drive across the verge, having said that yes he is still using it. Couldn’t the council put up those wooden bollards as the whole of Holmes Ave have them, it does protect the verges and of course stop people from driving across them.
