Blocked pavement

Sent to Leeds City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1813072.

This has been going on for years now,the pavement outside my house parked on,cars left there for hours while they attend the school.As a wheelchair user my path is blocked daily ,barely a foot left between the hedge and cars.Plenty of pictures of offending cars.
