Sent to Hampshire County Council and Test Valley Borough Council 4 minutes later

He have no privacy to are bedroom windows due to being on a ground floor house with people walking write upto are bedroom windows and always looking when walking dogs on the grass all 3 of are bedroom windows are facing out onto the public pathway/grass area Possible to have a fenced off area
