There are about 20 pot holes of various sizes

Reported in the Potholes category by Sue Cassell at 09:27, Sat 19 October 2019

Sent to East Sussex County Council 2 minutes later

There are about 20 pot holes of various sizes and broken tarmac along the kerbs. The area I am reporting is not just where I have arrowed (you can only put one arrow). It stretches between the entry to College Road from the A259 and then along College Road from the post box right along to Wineham way. Please can someone come and have a proper look and get the road surface safe again. Cyclists and school children are particularly at risk especially when the holes are full of rain water

Size: larger

  • Some were fixed, but others immediately adjacent to the ones thta were fixed, were ignored ,presumably because they did not fit the "criteria". It would have been better to fix them then because they are now big enough to fit the "criteria" Another visit required, what a waste of resources. Other new ones have now appeared. This bit of road urgently needs resurfacing

  • Constant problem, a few are filled, the smaller ones are left, they get bigger and more new ones appear. That bit of the road needs looking at as a whole not piecemeal.

  • It's a must ongoing problem. They never do the job properly! Today I counted another 12 which had they fixed them when they were smaller would not be a problem now
