Dangerous sunken road around manholes at pedestrian crossing.

The road at the pedestrian crossing in Elmfield Road between The Glades and The Mall has sunk in several places and is a serious trip hazard. It is particularly bad near the pavement by The Mall as the drain covers are sticking up above the sunken road. This was only 'fixed' a short while ago.

Our inspector will be attending site and defecting the works done by Thames Water. They will then have to attend site within a certain time period to fix the problem

The defect has been agreed by Thames water and will be repaired sometime before 22.11.19.
