The Council have dragged their heels for far to long , there needs to be a complete 180 degree turn in their thought process regarding their lack of action and interest regarding this matter. I actually took the time and effort to write the all the local councillors. A labour councillor took the time and effort to telephone me and although he was sympathetic in the 1st part of the conversation, unfortunately he went on to say that it was basically my fault for living where I do and that the property was built using slavery. The conversation concluded with me saying that yes I do live in a 18 century building in a flat , I didn’t commission the works and that I believed that he was trying to use a common sense hack on me. Needless to say I was very far from impressed.

There is ample parking for day trippers and shoppers in this area , so why is it that when residents like me come home we find there isn’t enough room for us to park in wellington square. Actually wondering if I should form a pressure group because I’m sure I can’t be the only frustrated resident in this area , maybe there’s thousands of us ?
