Bike lock on handrail

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 11:44, Thu 21 April 2011

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later

There's a 'D' bike lock - with no bike - on the metal handrail that runs down Bartlett St, just outside Itchy Feet. It's been there for months. Shouldn't it be removed?

  • Council have promised some action on this. I have also pointed out that there are some other locks (bikeless) attached to the same railings.
