Road marking at Junction Russell way/Sussex Rd

The double yellow lines at this junction have so faded that they are almost invisible. Vehicles parked there, e.g overflow from Heath car park on hot days, block sightlines of those leaving Russell way and are dangerous for traffic both leaving and entering Russell Way. A number of recent near misses. Appreciate it would be a small job to repaint, but even local residents unaware of the markings because of their deterioration.
