Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1807612.

Car parked for over 5 days in the same spot on London Road at the entrance to residents private car park. Causing obstruction and making it dangerous for residents trying to exit to and enter from the main road (London Road)
