  • These refuse bins were emptied on Thursday 17th October and have been taken back inside the secure automatic gate.

It's possible that an previous waste collection had been missed and the resident had left the bins outside the gate so that they remained accessible to the refuse crew.

The address will be monitored as waste containers should not be placed on the footway but where circumstances prevent an edge of property presentation then they must be retrieved once the waste collection has taken place.
