30mph speed roundel completely obscured by hedgerow.

As you enter Harpers Lane from the A5 Island at Mancetter, the 30mph speed roundel on the left hand side is completely obscured by the hedgerow so much so that only part of the pole is visible. This is a stretch of road which experiences excessive speeds.
