Overgrown hedges above 6ft

The prickly hedges that run down the side of my house and form one side of a parking area in the turning opposite the school on Durham Road, are in desperate need of a good trim, in some places exceeding the 6ft height in your guidance. I don't believe they have received any attention this year, make the area look shabby and not least my house. I would appreciate some action. Thank you.
