Fixed
Bollard loosening
Reported via iOS in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 22:29, Mon 14 October 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1805157.
The bollard on the corner of Warrneford Road and Southfield is not securely fastened to the pavement. The asphalt is cracking and no longer supporting it as it should. Seems like the job was not done properly the first time around.
Council ref: ENQ19845074

Still isn’t fixed, unless the above photo represents a new standard of repair.

Still open, via questionnaire -
It seems the traffic pillar between Warneford road and Southfield road has now gone missing. Please replace it. That specific junction is a rather busy one with high volume of traffic going through it on a daily basis. Cars often jump onto the pavement and the removal of the pillar makes that corner particularly hazardous for pedestrians who cannot see behind the corner. Plus, it leaves the garden wall of the property on that specific corner exposed and susceptible from vehicle crashes.

Following up on the reported missing bollard (junction of Warneford road with Southfield road), I'd like to draw your attention to the fact that a white van was driving at high speed on that bit of pavement - between the garages on Southfield road and the junction with Warneford road - last night (17.12.19) around 5.00pm . That is extremely dangerous for any pedestrian coming from round the corner into Soutfield road (or walking on Southfield road itself). Can you please provide an update as to when the bollard will be put back in place?

I reposted since the Council doesn’t get the updates and follow-up messages we post. Looks like they will fix it:

Is the bollard going to be replaced at all? My child got almost run over by a car driving on the pavement at the junction between Warneford road and Southfield road. This has now been reported various times. Does it need to be an accident before the council moves on this?

Thank you for replacing the bollard, though it seems like it took a very long time, especially given that there was a bollard there that could have been fixed. Seems like a big waste of our money and resources to remove it, pave over the hole, dig another hole in the same place months later and insert a new/old bollard. Money and time could have been saved if it had been fixed from the beginning.
Anyway, thank you for taking care of this.
