  • New owner says they aren't responsible for hedges around her property. Only the ones that directly affect her access to her gate have been trimmed - all the others affecting the rest of the cul-de-sac have been allowed to grow out over the verge and are now growing into the access road.

If you're unable to help with this, could you please advise whether or not we're allowed to take a chainsaw to these hedges and remove this issue once and for all?
