Car on old croxton road parked illegally

This car is parked over a junction which is causing a problem for people pulling out of the junction, this car often parks over the junction and I have seen lots of near miss accidents where cars have nearly hit something trying to see around it. This car has also parked illegal, in the Highway Code it states that a car shouldn’t be parked within 10 meters of a junction which clearly this car is parked over the junction

  • Unfortunately the Highway Code is not The Law, but this is a Police matter. Might be worth checking the car has road tax MOT and Insurance from .Gov
