It is probably unclear (from the above) what I was reporting. I was repeating a message I sent to the Bromley website some months ago, i.e. that the sign specifying the hours when parking is prohibited on the single yellow line outside no.2 Kings Rd TN16 3XU was removed and not replaced. Consequently the situation has reverted to buses being unable to pass during "school in" and "school out" periods. Please re-instate the sign which was originally outside no. 2 Kings Rd.

This report has been referred to our Traffic Management Team who are responsible for the way traffic is managed on Bromley's roads; including, but not limited to, implementing new road markings and signage in relation to road safety and parking; walking and cycling improvements, including identifying locations for new cycle racks and installing Vehicle Activated speed signs - however, please note that responsibility for enforcing speed limits rests with the Police.
Where requests are made for changes, our Traffic Management Team will consider all requests but often there is a need for a full investigation, planning and consultation within the local area particularly around proposed new traffic schemes, and any considerations must be balanced with borough-wide priorities. This report is now closed on FixMyStreet and our Traffic Management Team will consider this matter.Posted by Bromley Council at 09:21, Fri 1 November 2019
