Thank you for your enquiry. This report has recently been re-assessed and the problem that you have identified, now unfortunately, doesn't meet our current intervention criteria, so I cannot arrange a repair. We will continue to monitor this during our routine inspections.

Can you please post here where we may read your intervention criteria. It is not the weight of bus users patiently queuing over the years that has caused the pavement to dip it is your poor reinstatement work. How are people like my 87 year old mother supposed to shelter from the rain stood in a large puddle of your making? Do you consider it acceptable?

The pavement is dipped underneath the bus stop. In rainy weather, this floods and leaves passengers with nowhere to stand while waiting for the bus. The bus service is infrequent and often late so the bus stand is essential.
