Cul De sac& no space to turn around

I have lived in the road for some time now and the parking is getting worse. I frequency see every household normally with more than one car parking bumper to bumper. There isn't an allocated spaced at the end of the cul-de-sac reserved for turning around so everyone reverses down the road which is not only dangerous but also causes numerous accidents.
