Rubbish and broken glass on public footpath Addison Ave to Spring Grove Rd

There is some private land beside the public footpath. The owners put up corrugated iron panels to try and stop people dumping on their land, but the people flytipping have trampled it down and have now dumped so much it spills onto the public path. It is mostly domestic rubbish, including glass bottles - some have broken and left fragments which are dangerous for dog paws and bicycle tyres.

  • Report closed without explanation by Hounslow Highways only 50 minutes after entry on a Saturday evening, so of course problem is still there.

  • Same domestic rubbish and broken glass still scattered down alleyway - not cleaned since first reported

  • The original rubbish in the alleyway itself has now been cleared.

    There is a smaller amount of new rubbish already left!
