Block paving not reinstated after excavation work by utility company

At the junction of High Street Bromley and Harmony Way adjacent to the Picture House and The Star & Garter a utility company (Electric) has tarmaced the pavement instead reinstating the block paving. Also in Harmony Way there are two large steel plates where the carriageway has been dug up.

    We are already aware of this issue. These are specialist blocks and UK Power Networks are currently awaiting for blocks to be delivered so they can complete these reinstatement.
